| A little information about me... | ||
| The oldest of three girls, I grew up in a
variety of places overseas (which probably has something to do with my
interest in cultural psychology!). My family moved back to the US in 1989
where I finished my high school years. After graduating from Tower Hill
School in Wilmington, DE, in 1991, where I met my husband Jason
Williams, I started college at Johns
Hopkins University. I transferred after one year to Franklin and
Marshall College. F&M is similar to
Manhattanville in many ways. Small classes, close student-professor
interactions, personal attention, and participation in research are all
key aspects of a liberal arts education that I received at F&M. I received my graduate training at
Boston College in cultural psychology
where I conducted master's and doctoral research in the
Philippines.
My husband, Jason Williams, is an assistant professor of Biology at Hofstra University. When we are not working, we love to travel. Check out our pictures!
